I began singing at age seven, when I did my first Opera. Even at such a young age, I knew that performing was what I loved to do. I had caught the bug! From that point on, I literally auditioned for and did as much community theatre, events, shows, festivals, programs and classes as humanly possible. I found mentors and a wonderful voice teacher that nurtured me as well as pushed me to try things outside of what I knew. Once I finished high school, I was on my way to New York City. I spent four years at Manhattan School of Music and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Music Degree in Vocal Performance.

After college, I worked as a singing waitress at Ellens Stardust Diner and started auditioning everyday. Over the next ten years, I was lucky enough to be able to live my dreams doing everything from Opera and Musical Theatre, to singing in a Rock Band and Gospel Choir! Some of my proudest moments include touring with shows in the U.S. and internationally in Israel, Russia and Mexico. I was in the original NYC cast of the Off Broadway acapella sensation "Voca People", and performed on TV shows such as Live With Kelly, Wendy Williams, Fox and Friends and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. I have the honor of being a member of the Grammy nominated group "Broadway Inspirational Voices", with whom I have sang at Carnegie Hall with the NY Pops and Madison Square Garden for the Pope's Pre-Mass. I can be heard on their second album "Great Joy II", found on itunes. I have also had the priviledge to share the stage with Sting, Gloria Estefan, Harry Connick Jr, Billy Ray Cyrus and Jordan Sparks among others.

My extensive professional background in both the performing and healing arts has given me a unique education that I now hope to share through teaching others. I look forward to helping people of all ages feel prepared, confident and ready!
