Sound Bath Meditation

Sound Bath Meditation or Sound Healing is the use of singing bowls, tuning forks, voice and other instruments to create a vibrational medicine. 

Everything has a vibration, cells, heart beats, pulse....

Sound Therapy helps to change that natural vibration to help relax, heal, and stimulate the brain and body in a very unique and powerful way!

Sound baths are always given in conjunction with Reiki.
